Prevention and Recovery Centres

In partnership with Wellways, McAuley works across four Prevention and Recovery Centres (PARC) in the north west region.

PARC is a step up, step down short-stay, in-residence program that provides clinical and psychosocial support to participants, to prevent the need for hospitalisation or after an inpatient stay to support ongoing recovery.

McAuley applies a family violence and homelessness lens into clinical reviews and planning, advocacy and participant support and engagement. The partnership also facilitates the development and delivery of family violence and homelessness training to PARC staff, and psychosocial group programs for participants.
